With CE 0434, ISO 13485:2003, WHO:GMP & ISO 9001:2000 certifications under our belt, we, at XL- Orthomed Pvt. Ltd., observe watertight quality benchmarks that are at par with international quality standards. All our  orthopedic implants and equipment are forged using superior quality raw materials. For instance, we use low carbon, austenitic, anti-magnetic stainless steel, etc, to make our Stainless Steel implants, which is considered as the best medical grade stainless steel complying with ASTM standards. Likewise, our Titanium implants comes in Titanium (A16 V4), Medical Grade 5, ELI of appropriate hardness confirming to ASTM Standard F-136. We also have a team of trained quality inspectors, who regularly monitor our  implants and equipment throughout various manufacturing phases. They also conduct various quality checks on all manufactured products to see that they are designed in accordance with the highest levels of anatomical and medical perfection.

Our Infrastructure

Deployed with a host of ultramodern machines and equipment, we have a state of the art production facility in Delhi. It houses a robust manufacturing plant that aids in uninterrupted and smooth fabrication of  fine quality implants for different forms of bone anatomy. Our infrastructural set up also has an in house quality unit manned by a team of trained quality experts, who conduct rigorous tests on all our products to ensure product quality and safety. Besides, we have a separate research wing where a team of diligent research analysts relentlessly observe and analyze market dynamics and implement new methodologies in our manufacturing, testing, packaging, etc, to bring about innovation in our implants and instruments. Apart from our quality inspectors and research analysts, our strong workforce comprises of qualified engineers and a distinguished panel of Orthopaedic Surgeons & Metallurgists. All our products are manufactured by using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machines & Fully Automatic/SPM Machines.
